The adjacent apartments can be rented either singly or together. Access between the two is via the terrace or the roof solarium giving separated privacy if required. Both apartments are fully air conditioned. Each has two bedrooms; one double and one twin. The complex has a delightful communal swimming pool.

It is 7km from the historic town of Vera and the lively resort of Mojacar Playa, just beyond the fishing village of Garrucha with its excellent restaurants. There are four golf courses within 20 minutes by car and the Vera Aqua Park is a kilometre down the road.
